HOW WE WORK

Supplier problems become expensive in the gap between information and action.

Knowing that a supplier is late is different from knowing:

  • Why it is late
  • What is preventing recovery
  • What needs to happen next
  • Who owns each action
  • Whether the recovery plan is actually being executed

On the Ground. On Your Side.

SEVEN STAGES OF SUPPLIER-SIDE SUPPORT

From the agreed plan to a clear next action.

  1. 01

    DEFINE

    What was supposed to happen?

  2. 02

    VERIFY

    What is actually happening?

  3. 03

    DIAGNOSE

Why is reality different from plan?

  4. 04

    ALIGN

    What must happen?

    Who owns it?

    By when?

  5. 05

    INTERVENE

Where does supplier execution require closer involvement?

  6. 06

    RECOVER

Is performance moving toward the agreed outcome?

  7. 07

    CLOSE

    What is resolved?

    What remains?

    What happens next?

HOW IT STARTS

We recommend the lightest level of support that can realistically address the problem.

  1. 01

    Contact

Tell us where the supplier is, what is happening and what is at risk.

  2. 02

    Scope

A short scoping call helps establish the situation, urgency and information available.

  3. 03

    Scope & Quote

We define what needs to be checked, the expected output, timing and commercial scope.

  4. 04

    Mobilise

RightThere goes where the problem is and reports what is actually happening.

Once the scope is agreed, we confirm the mobilisation approach based on supplier location, urgency, access requirements and engagement scope.

Pan-India support does not mean identical mobilisation time for every location. Timing and approach are confirmed before the engagement begins.

TYPICAL TIMING

Timing follows the situation and agreed scope.

  1. 01

    Mobilisation

Timing is confirmed once supplier location, access, urgency and scope are established.

  2. 02

    Factory visit

Scheduled as soon as access and travel requirements allow.

  3. 03

    Priority findings

For time-sensitive situations, material observations can be communicated during or immediately after the visit where appropriate.

  4. 04

    Formal output

Reporting timing is agreed as part of the engagement scope.

WHAT HELPS US MOVE QUICKLY

Start with the information you have.

Don’t have everything? Start with what you have.

CLEAR BOUNDARIES

Clear boundaries. Better decisions.

RightThere provides independent on-ground verification, coordination and supplier-side execution support.

WE DO NOT

  • provide legal representation or debt collection
  • guarantee supplier performance, recovery or commercial outcomes
  • take operational control of the supplier’s factory
  • replace specialist product inspection or laboratory testing where those services are required
  • represent the supplier’s commercial interests

CONFIDENTIALITY & INDEPENDENCE

On your side. Independent of the supplier.

Buyer-side independence

RightThere works for the overseas buyer’s interests within the agreed engagement scope.

Confidentiality

Share only information needed for the agreed scope. Additional confidentiality terms, including an NDA where appropriate, can be agreed before sensitive material is shared.

Conflict transparency

Independence and any relevant supplier relationships should be clarified during scoping, before an engagement is confirmed.

How is RightThere different from an inspection company?

Inspection checks condition or conformity at an agreed point in time. RightThere follows the operating situation between checkpoints, including planning, constraints, action ownership and recovery progress.

Understand first PO protection

Can RightThere work with my existing inspection company?

Yes, where scope and access are agreed. Inspection evidence and supplier-side coordination can be complementary, with clear responsibilities and information flow.

Can RightThere guarantee supplier recovery?

No. Recovery depends on the supplier’s capability, resources, cooperation, available time and execution. RightThere does not take control of the supplier’s factory.

Do you support suppliers anywhere in India?

RightThere supports supplier engagements across India. The cities and industrial belts shown on our website are representative, not service boundaries. Each engagement is assessed based on supplier location, accessibility, urgency and scope.

How quickly can RightThere reach my supplier?

Mobilisation depends on the supplier location, access requirements, urgency and scope of the engagement. We confirm the expected mobilisation approach before the engagement begins.

Does my supplier need to be in a major industrial hub?

No. RightThere can assess engagements at supplier locations across India, including locations outside the major manufacturing hubs shown on our website.

How does RightThere charge for an engagement?

RightThere engagements can be structured as a defined visit, project-based engagement or ongoing monitoring arrangement. Scope and commercial terms are agreed after the supplier location, issue, urgency and required output are understood.

What happens if the supplier is reluctant to allow a visit?

Factory access remains subject to supplier cooperation and buyer authority. RightThere works with the buyer to clarify the purpose and scope of the visit, but does not misrepresent its role or force access to a supplier facility.

How does RightThere handle confidential buyer documents?

Only information required for the agreed engagement should be shared. Additional confidentiality terms, including an NDA where appropriate, can be agreed before sensitive material is shared. Buyer documents should be handled according to the agreed scope and confidentiality requirements.

What currency can RightThere engagements be quoted in?

Commercial terms and currency are confirmed as part of the engagement scope. For overseas buyers, the appropriate invoicing and payment arrangement is agreed before mobilisation.
