DISCUSS YOUR SUPPLIER SITUATION
Tell us what’s happening with your supplier.
You don’t need to know which service you need.
Tell us:
- What you ordered
- Where the supplier is
- What was supposed to happen
- What is happening now
- What is at risk
We’ll review the situation and determine whether RightThere can provide useful on-ground support.

Before an engagement begins.
How does RightThere charge for an engagement?
RightThere engagements can be structured as a defined visit, project-based engagement or ongoing monitoring arrangement. Scope and commercial terms are agreed after the supplier location, issue, urgency and required output are understood.
What happens if the supplier is reluctant to allow a visit?
Factory access remains subject to supplier cooperation and buyer authority. RightThere works with the buyer to clarify the purpose and scope of the visit, but does not misrepresent its role or force access to a supplier facility.
How does RightThere handle confidential buyer documents?
Only information required for the agreed engagement should be shared. Additional confidentiality terms, including an NDA where appropriate, can be agreed before sensitive material is shared. Buyer documents should be handled according to the agreed scope and confidentiality requirements.
What currency can RightThere engagements be quoted in?
Commercial terms and currency are confirmed as part of the engagement scope. For overseas buyers, the appropriate invoicing and payment arrangement is agreed before mobilisation.
